If you have 'You Tube' videos to upload here is how to do it.
From your control panel select 'Videos' next select 'Create Video' On the 'Create Video' Form go to the 'Video Embed Editor'
Option one: Click on the 'HTML' icon - enter 'You Tube' Embed Code in the window and then 'Update'
Option two: select the 'YOU TUBE' icon and enter 'You Tube' video ID number (It will look something like this: EGvaP62XMZ0. You will find it in the URL in the Address browser bar.) The default size on the video player will be 350x300

Note: The video caption field is for typed comments about the video- please don't load your video in this editor.
