San Diego Songwriter Associates is a collaborative networking organization for performing and non-performing songwriters and musicians.

Songwriters and songwriter/performers all have varied and different gifts, some are strong in lyrics, some are strong storytellers, some have musical gifts, some have performance skills and great voices, all very special folks, indeed. The purpose of San Diego Songwriter Associates is to come together, with all our varied gifts, create a supportive environment and community, and to have all of us improve in the craft.

Learn – songwriting, musicianship, and performance skills through collaborative projects, workshops, private lessons or group classes, and special industry guest speaker presentations.
Share – your songs at our bi-weekly workshops, and perform them to a larger audience at our bi-monthly performance events.
Network – with group members to receive, and offer, valuable feedback about your songs, musicianship, and performance.
Collaborate – with members in conceiving and developing new song ideas.
Create – Take all the ingredients from the member network, and blend with your own unique talents.

Whether you are a beginning level songwriter, or an experienced performer, San Diego Songwriter Associates will allow you to expand your creative ideas and concepts to a broader horizon. Your songwriting skills will grow, your musicianship level will increase, and your performance will improve.
